Notice to Bidders
The City of Lyons, NE, has a wooden playground for sale and is now accepting sealed bids.
The playground is sold "AS IS," and the bidder is responsible for its removal.
Bids must be submitted in a marked envelope and delivered to the City Clerk's office by 4:30 p.m. on April 4, 2025.
The office is located at 335 Main St or PO Box 598, Lyons, Nebraska, 68038-0598.

The City of Lyons, NE, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in the bidding process.
Bids will be opened at the City Council meeting on April 8, 2025.
