Weight-loss/Fitness Challenge/Library Fundraiser

Starting Tuesday, March 5th we will be extending our weight-loss/ fitness challenge/ library fundraiser for another 8 weeks! There is no set formal meeting to follow, just encouraging others, making healthy food choices and improving your fitness. Make it fun by maybe finding someone to help and encourage you along the way! You would initially donate $5 to the library to start off with, and then you yourself would set a reasonable/personable weekly goal for yourself (such as .5 pound a week) and then make a pledge of your choice between $5-$25 to the library each week IF you gain..pay NOTHING if you maintain or lose any weight. Private weigh in times on a digital scale will be held on Tuesdays from 9am-12pm or on Tuesdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm with only one person recording your weight on a sheet of paper, that you’ll bring back for weigh-in, and which will not be shared. Weigh in with about the same clothes each week not ending the 8 weeks with a tank top and shorts. Optional…may bring in your own home scale weekly. Let’s get healthy together!
