The City of Lyons is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a full-time Utility Maintenance Worker.  This position performs a variety of duties in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the streets, electric, gas, sewer, water, and other duties as assigned by the Utility Superintendent. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, do some heavy lifting, and live within a 10-mile radius of Lyons city limits.  Benefits include 100% paid employee/family health insurance, 12 holidays, vacation, and a retirement plan.  Drug testing is required.  Pay is based on experience and certification.
